Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your watch. If you're not, you can return it.

Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. To cancel, email us at hello@crisplooks.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the watch back to us.

Our returns policy
We also accept returns for any reason within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be unworn and in the same condition you received it, in its original presentation box with any packaging and inserts.

How to return
Email hello@crisplooks.co.uk with your order number to start a return. We'll confirm and send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — items returned without a confirmed return request can't be accepted.

Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If the watch is faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us immediately at hello@crisplooks.co.uk and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund. In these cases we cover return postage and will send you a prepaid returns label with your instructions. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
The quickest way to swap colours is to return the watch you have and place a new order once the return is confirmed.

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, including standard delivery, within 14 days. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it. If more than 14 days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you haven't received it, contact us at hello@crisplooks.co.uk.
