Last updated: 17-09-2026
OVERVIEW
Welcome to Crisplooks. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Crisps Looks Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [INSERT COMPANY NUMBER]), trading as Crisplooks, whose registered address is Apt 3G Charleston Close, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 5HG.
We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Crisplooks is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced in them (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are buying as a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 that cannot be excluded or limited. Where anything in these Terms conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights take precedence.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment and delivery information. You confirm that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to represent our products accurately in our online store. Please note that colours and product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen, depending on your device and its settings.
Product descriptions and specifications are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of any product we offer.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods we supply must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed between you and us. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at the time of the order and refund any payment taken in full.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK], and to your statutory right to cancel described there.
You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order, as set out in your order confirmation email.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free to UK addresses; we do not currently ship outside the UK.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and contact information for all purchases, and to keep it up to date so we can complete your order and contact you if needed.
You confirm that (i) the payment card information you provide is true and complete, and (ii) you are authorised to use that card for the purchase.
SECTION 5 — DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you — that is, until they come into your physical possession, or the possession of someone you have identified to take delivery of them. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at hello@crisplooks.co.uk and we will replace it or refund you in full.
If we fail to deliver within 30 days of your order, or within any longer period we have agreed with you, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement of them, are owned by Crisps Looks Limited or its licensors and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly provided here, nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or rights under any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property of Crisps Looks Limited, Shopify or any third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Crisplooks names, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Crisps Looks Limited or its licensors. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and marks on the Services belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be given access to third-party tools as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control.
We provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available", without warranties, representations or endorsement of any kind. Any use of optional third-party tools is at your own discretion, and you should make sure you are familiar with the terms on which they are provided by the relevant third party.
We may offer new features through the Services in future. These will also form part of the Services and be subject to these Terms.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites. If you leave the Services to access them, you do so at your own risk.
Please review the policies and practices of any third party before entering into a transaction with them. Questions or complaints about third-party products and services should be directed to that third party.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Crisplooks is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Crisps Looks Limited. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and us, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with us.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK], and certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third parties that may be located outside the UK, in order to provide services to you. See our Privacy Policy for details of how we, Shopify and our partners use your personal information, and of your rights under UK data protection law.
SECTION 11 — REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use.
You confirm that:
- (you own or have all necessary rights to the Feedback;
- you have disclosed any payment, free product or other incentive received in connection with submitting it; and
- the Feedback complies with these Terms. We are under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, to pay for it, or to respond to it.
We may remove Feedback that we consider unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes the rights of others. We do not publish, edit or remove reviews in order to create a misleading impression of our products.
You must not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else, or otherwise mislead us or others as to the origin of any Feedback. You are responsible for the Feedback you submit and its accuracy.
SECTION 12 — ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Occasionally there may be information in the Services containing typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.
If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full.
SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES
You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to breach any applicable law or regulation; (c) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, intimidate or discriminate against any person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail", "chain letters" or "spam"; (g) to impersonate any other person or entity; or (h) to engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or that may harm us, Shopify or users of the Services, or expose them to liability.
You also agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell or resell any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm or pretext the Services; (e) use any robot, spider, scraping or data extraction tool, or automated means to access the Services; or (f) interfere with, bypass or circumvent the security features or access restrictions we use.
We may suspend, disable or terminate your access if we determine that you have breached these Terms.
SECTION 14 — AGENTS
14.1 This section applies if you use, allow, enable or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use or interact with any of the Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity, and that can be executed without direct supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access, use or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself and operates in accordance with section 14.4 at all times. No Agent may access the Services if we have asked it to refrain from doing so.
14.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses and interacts with the Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) identify in all HTTP/HTTPS requests that the request is from an Agent, by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the user agent string; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that the interaction is from an Agent, including by mimicking human behaviour or by completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs; (iii) respond truthfully to any question seeking to determine whether the interaction is from a human or a computer; and (iv) not circumvent any measure intended to block, limit or control Agent access.
SECTION 15 — TERMINATION
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time, and you will remain liable for any amounts due up to the date of termination. Termination does not affect any order already accepted, or your rights in relation to goods already purchased.
The following sections continue to apply after termination: Intellectual Property, Reviews and Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Information presented on or through the Services is made available for general information purposes. We do not warrant that it is complete or free of error, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and except for your statutory rights, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without representation, warranty or condition of any kind. We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
This section does not apply to the goods we sell you. If you are a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights that we cannot exclude: goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
- breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; or
- any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for loss or damage that was not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was obvious that it would happen, or if both parties knew it might happen when the contract was made.
We are not liable for business losses. If you use the Services or our products for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
Where our liability is not otherwise excluded, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for the goods in that order.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNITY
If you use the Services in breach of these Terms, or in breach of the law or the rights of a third party, you agree to reimburse us for any reasonable losses, damages, liabilities or claims (including reasonable legal costs) that we incur as a direct result.
This section does not apply to you as a consumer using the Services normally for personal purposes, and nothing in it affects your statutory rights.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be severed. This will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 20 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of it.
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Services, superseding any earlier agreements, communications or proposals.
SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign these Terms, or any of your rights or obligations under them, without our prior written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another business; if we do, we will tell you in writing and make sure the transfer does not affect your rights.
SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your home courts as well as in the courts of England and Wales.
